Steal The Show Outfit Planner

Use this planner before you lock a look in Steal The Show. It is the outfit guide reduced to checks. Tick the lines in your head or on paper. Then perform.

If a line fails, remove a piece. Do not add three more. Compare the idea to the looks tier list.

1. Song lock

• I already picked the track. Clothes follow the song, not the other way around. See the song tier.
• I can name the outfit idea in five words that match that track.
• I am not wearing my everyday avatar “because it is mine.”

2. Silhouette

• Head, shoulders, and legs stay distinct if I squint.
• The credited headset or face is still visible.
• Back accessories do not turn the dance into a moving wall.
• I can hold a groove from How to Perform without clipping the floor.

3. Color versus lights

• I know my opening wash from stage design.
• Cloth color is not the same family as that wash, or I added a pale front light.
• There is contrast on the chest or face.
• Mobile judges could still see me if particles are low. Check effects tier.

4. Beta clip pass

• I removed the last accessory if something stretches.
• I am not stacking two hairs plus a hat plus a mask.
• I have a backup simple fit if this bundle breaks. See beta status.
• I did not spend panic Robux on a “fix.”

5. Device pass

• On a phone, I changed the largest piece first. See Controls.
• I am not still in the editor when the turn starts.
• Shoes and shirt are actually equipped.

6. Final sentence

Write the sentence a judge could say: “gold concert lead,” “neon idol,” “formal ballad.” If you cannot, the look is a pile. Rebuild from S-tier ideas on the looks list.

Then run the performance checklist so the clothes have a show to live in. Planner without performance is a dressing room. The crown is still stars from How to Win.

Example pass

A mid-tempo chorus, black pants, white shirt, one metallic jacket, clean hair, headset on, no wings, gold wash avoided in favor of a magenta rim, backup all-white shirt in inventory. That pass is done. Close the wiki. Walk on.

If you need official dress references, use the experience thumbnails on the links page — not a random catalog dump from another fashion game.

If you play with a friend, do not twin the exact same S-tier concert lead unless the bit is “backup dancers.” Two identical gold jackets make the vote fuzzy. Shift one accent color so the crowd can name you apart, then still score each other fairly in How to Vote.

Print the six sections in your head as a chant: song, silhouette, color, clip, device, sentence. That chant is faster than reopening this page every lobby. If you forget the chant, you will shop. Shopping during a rotation is how unfinished shirts reach the spotlight.

Re-run this planner when weekly notes mention avatar work. A new clip on a bundle you loved is not a reason to abandon contrast. Swap the broken piece, keep the sentence, and walk on. Until then, one clean idea beats a crowded inventory.
